All calls will be recorded and monitored at all times, and cannot be in a three-way call or a forwarded call.

Prepaid Calls

Walk-In
A person may use any Western Union service location and transfer funds by paying using cash or debit card. How do I apply for Visitation of an inmate in Wisconsin?
When a prisoner is incarcerated, their initial intake process will require them to submit a list of people that the sentenced inmates would like to be added to their visitation list. Offenders are allowed to have 12 people on their approved visitation list but can update it every six months.
The prospective visitor listed by the inmates will be mailed a visitation application that will be sent by the prisoners. This form needs to be complete with accurate information before mailed back to the facility. The processing time for the application may take up to 6 weeks, as the facility will perform a background check on the potential visitor to verify the filled information.
When the result of the application is announced, only the prisoner will be informed. It will be their responsibility to inform the prospective visitor of their result.
